Calay Systems Inc., an Irvine-based maker of computer assisted design systems for the printed circuit board industry, said Peter J. Shaw has been named its president and chief executive officer. Shaw, who most recently served as president and chief executive officer of Genisco Computers Corp. of Costa Mesa, replaces Richard A. Finn. The company said Finn resigned last week to pursue outside interests.
