Football Coach Larry Smith of the University of Arizona said his program has lost two more freshmen recruits to the NCAA’s new eligibility guidelines. Defensive back Jimmy Tucker of Gardena and wide receiver-defensive back Cornell Sandoz of Downey are ineligible to play this season because they did not achieve the NCAA’s minimum required score of 700 on the Scholastic Aptitude Test, Smith said.
