Lincoln Center in Progress

A November completion is scheduled for the $11.3-million, 17-acre Lincoln Distribution Center under construction near Arenth Avenue in the City of Industry.

The rail-served warehouse/distribution center by Lincoln Property Co. will have a total of 340,300 square feet, according to a spokesman for Grubb & Ellis, the brokers. The contractor is J.A. Stewart.
