Renaissance Center Finished

The Cloverleaf Group, a Los Angeles Development firm specializing in urban projects, has announced completion and 100% leasing of its mixed-use Renaissance Center.
Located in the mid-Wilshire district at 698 S. Irolo Ave., the two-story L-shaped center contains 11 retail tenants, including restaurants, dry cleaner, video rental outlet and florist on the first floor and six apartments on the second. All the one-bedroom apartments have been rented to store owners and managers.
Togawa & Smith of Santa Monica designed the $2.2-million project, and Westbuilt Enterprises Corp. was the general contractor.
