STALLONE, STREEP BRAZIL’S FAVORITES

RIO DE JANEIRO —
Sylvester Stallone, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Richard Gere, in that order, were the top three foreign male movie stars in Brazil, said a spokesman for the Severiano Ribeiro cinema chain, the country’s largest.
Meryl Streep, Brooke Shields and Jessica Lange were chosen the top three women stars, he said.
The spokesman said the assessment was based on box-office returns over the last 12 months.
