Italian Kills Wife for Missing Dinner

ACERRA, Italy —
A 24-year-old carpenter stabbed his wife to death because she didn’t have dinner on the table when he came home from work, police said Saturday.
Vincenzo Piscopo told police he killed his wife, Giovanna, 20, late Friday because “she hadn’t prepared dinner.”
Two months ago, Piscopo had tried to file charges against his wife for failing to do her housework, police said.
