Computer Memories was sued by Leading Edge.

Chatsworth-based Computer Memories said the Canton, Mass.-based personal computer maker is alleging breach of contract, fraud and unfair business practices. The suit, which also names Computer Memories Chairman Irwin Rubin and Sturdy Corp. as defendants, seeks general damages of at least $8.8 million. Computer Memories reported net income of $11,000 on sales of $4.2 million for its first fiscal quarter ended June 30.
