Center Receives $3,500
The Los Angeles City Council has awarded the Westside Arts Center $3,500 for an after-school multi-arts program at Westwood Elementary School.
The funds will help subsidize the outreach program, which provides courses in art, drama, music and movement. Half of the participants are bused to the school from other parts of Los Angeles.
