Three Lebanese suspected of planning terrorist bomb attacks in West Berlin have been arrested and a fourth is being sought, police announced. Officers said the four men entered the city from East Berlin. The suspected targets were not identified, but the Bild newspaper, which has excellent security sources, said the Arabs planned to attack American targets in West Berlin. There have been no terrorist attacks on Americans in Berlin since the April 5 discotheque bombing that killed two U.S. soldiers. Washington blamed Libya for that attack and bombed Tripoli and Benghazi in retaliation.
