Yee First Asian Elected to Head Contract Board

Benny Y. Yee, a real estate broker and president of a San Francisco real estate and development company bearing his name, has become the first Asian to be elected chairman of the Contractors State License Board.

John H. Moore, president of Electro-Test Inc. of San Ramon, was elected vice chairman. Moore is president of the National Testing Assn. and a member of the International Assn. of Electrical Inspectors.
