3 Badly Hurt in Explosion

TOONE, Tenn. —
Three workers were listed in critical condition Friday with burns over much of their bodies after an explosion Thursday night at a pyrotechnic plant, authorities say. Plant officials said they had not determined the cause of the explosion.
