‘Bring Back Insurance Sanity’

I was pleased to read The Times’ editorial since it endorses the same basic reforms for regulating insurance companies that I called for several months ago. All that was lacking from The Times’ editorial was my proposal for a freeze on all insurance rate increases until the state can establish an aggressive and comprehensive system for regulating insurance rates.
