The unveiling of a model complex is scheduled this weekend at Ryan’s Ridge in Sunnymead Ranch, Moreno Valley.

Built by Century Homes, Riverside, the project offers 101 single-family homes ranging in size from 1,220 to 2,062 square feet, in one- and two-story plans with three or four bedrooms, two or three baths and two- or three-car garages.

The homes, built on 7,200-square-foot lots, with access to a variety of recreational facilities provided by the Sunnymead Ranch master-planned community, are priced from $96,990 to $128,990.

The development’s sales office is located at 24127 Rimview Road and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
