Lehmer to Lead Engineers Assn. in Southland

Gerald D. Lehmer, president of Pasadena-based Gerald Lehmer Associates Inc., has been elected president of the Structural Engineers Assn. of Southern California.
He succeeds Richard J. Phillips, vice president of Hillman, Biddison & Loevenguth in Los Angeles. Lehmer holds a degree in civil engineering from Stanford University and is a registered civil and structural engineer.
Other new officers are Donald R. Kay, president-elect; Walter D. Saunders, vice president, and Ronald F. Nelson, treasurer.
