Construction has been completed on the $6-million, five-acre Grand Central Business Centre adjacent to the historic Grand Central Airport in Glendale.
Five industrial buildings, ranging from 16,395 to 28,240 square feet, have been developed by the Prudential Realty Group, with Property Management Systems Inc. serving as development manager. The architect is Fields & Silverman AIA, Los Angeles, and the general contractor was Keller Construction, El Monte.
The original terminal building is available for lease, according to a spokesman for Grubb & Ellis, broker for the entire project. The terminal building and tower appeared in the final farewell scene of the movie “Casablanca,” he said.
