NESMITH JOINS IN MONKEES REUNION

Mike Nesmith joined his former Monkee cohorts Micky Dolenz, Peter Tork and Davy Jones on stage Sunday night at the Greek Theatre, the first time the quartet has performed together in 18 years.

Nesmith had refused to join Dolenz, Tork and Jones on a national tour commemorating their 20th anniversary.

However, he walked on stage during the encore Sunday to sing along on two songs. According to a Monkees spokeswoman, Nesmith said he decided to get together again for the one-time appearance after attending a recent Monkees concert in Dallas.
