Daniel International Corp., a Greenville, S.C., subsidiary of Irvine-based Fluor Corp., said it has been awarded a $30-million contract to expand the Grove Park Inn and Country Club in Asheville, N.C. Daniel will provide design and construction management for the project, which is scheduled to begin in November and be completed in the spring of 1988. Renovation of the 73-year-old hotel will include the addition of an 11-story wing and the remodeling of the north section of the historic Main Inn.
