12 Arrested in Paris Bombing

PARIS —
Twelve people of Arab and Middle Eastern origin were arrested today in the bombing of the Paris City Hall post office that killed a woman employee and wounded 18 other people, authorities said.
Seven of those were arrested in Paris, two in Lyon, one in Amiens, one in Le Mans and one in Creil, police said.
