Path of Ignorance

With well-funded and effectively administered education programs, we can stem the spread of AIDS and avoid Schram’s version of 1991. People need to understand that they can take steps right now to protect themselves from the AIDS virus. Each of us needs to incorporate safer behaviors into our lives. We must remember that AIDS is not transmitted by high-risk groups ; it is transmitted by high-risk behaviors.
