San Diego Municipal Court judges have elected H. Ronald Domnitz as presiding judge of the 23-member court for a one-year term beginning Jan. 1.
Domnitz, 43, an appointee of former Gov. Edmund G. Brown Jr., will succeed Judge Frederic Link as the court’s top judicial administrator and spokesman.
A labor lawyer before his appointment to the bench in 1983, Domnitz has a law degree from USC. He is a member of the executive board of the California Judges Assn.
