Union Sues to Stop Drug Tests
A federal employees’ union today filed suit to block the mandatory federal worker drug-testing program announced by President Reagan as the cornerstone of his attack on drug abuse.

The union represents about 120,000 Customs Service and Internal Revenue Service employees.
