A 7-year-old Ontario girl was abandoned, nude and weeping, by the side of a road by a rapist who kidnaped her from a schoolyard, police said. The child told police she was playing at Arroyo School when an older, heavy-set white man with a mustache and salt-and-pepper hair and a dragon tattooed on his upper left arm abducted her. She said the man forced her into his tan or off-white van with a thin silver stripe along the driver’s side and shiny mag wheels, and drove her to an unknown location, where her clothes were removed and she was raped.
