Man Kills Neighbor, Holds Off Police; Is Found Dead

ST. ALBANS, W. Va. — A man who barricaded himself in his home Wednesday after shooting a neighbor to death and wounding the neighbor’s wife apparently killed himself following a two-hour standoff with police officers, authorities said.
