Robert York of Long Beach pleaded guilty in federal court to charges stemming from what prosecutors called a scheme to bilk Salt Lake City auto dealers in a sales promotion. No sentencing date was set for York, who prosecutors said solicited $31,000 in fees from seven dealers with promises of holding an auto show that was never held.
