The lottery’s grand prize jackpot increased to $3.78 million after eight spinners failed to win any prize higher than $50,000. Two $50,000 winners were Linda Wood of Modesto, whose daughter, Kelly Wood, won $1 million in December, and Nancy Manns of Burlingame.
