Michael Giuffre is the new president of the Kiwanis Club of Las Virgenes. Arthur (Bud) Larson has been named vice president. Chuck McNealy continues as second vice president. In an installation ceremony, outgoing President Howard L. Young of Agoura Hills was honored for his leadership in the club’s participation in the Pony Express Days Carnival of Agoura Hills and the 10th anniversary party of the local Los Angeles County animal shelter. Young is lieutenant governor-elect for 1986-87 in the organization’s California-Nevada-Hawaii district.
