Spain to Return Buildings

MADRID, Spain —
Buildings seized from two trade unions nearly 30 years ago by Gen. Francisco Franco will be returned to the unions who will also get more than $30 million for other confiscated property, officials said Wednesday.
Union spokesmen said the Labor Ministry informed the socialist-oriented General Workers Union and two rival groups claiming to be the successors of the anarchist National Labor Confederation they were to receive $30.9 million and $1.9 million, respectively.
