Teen-Ager on Stolen Cycle Dies in Crash

A teen-ager riding a stolen motorcycle on a Valencia street died after he struck a car and was thrown 70 feet, authorities said.
Keith Allen, 18, of Valencia was riding east on Lyons Avenue at noon Friday when he attempted to turn left onto Entrana Avenue and struck a car traveling in the opposite direction, said Officer Carla Bittner of the California Highway Patrol.
Allen died of massive internal injuries at Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital an hour after the accident, Bittner said.
The motorcycle had been reported stolen in May, Bittner said.
