Co-operators of a Beverly Hills “boiler room” scam that bilked gem owners out of more than $450,000 in valuables were sentenced to six years in prison. U.S. District Judge Pamela Ann Rymer also sentenced Steve Angelica, 35, and Stephan Small, 27, to five years’ probation and ordered them to make restitution. The two were convicted of mail and wire fraud in the operation of Kimberly International Gem Corp.
