A 70-year-old retired baker and immigrant from Hungary, Lester Huitay of Perris, became the 65th person to win $1 million or more in the California Lottery. Besides Huitay’s $1-million win on the “Big Spin” wheel, Benjamin Torres of Corcoran won $100,000. No one won the grand prize of $4.75 million.
