Thomas J. Morris Jr. was named a division vice president for ITT Gilfillan, a Van Nuys unit of ITT Corp. that makes radar systems for the military. Morris, who was hired by Gilfillan in March as director of programs management, is in charge of radar contracts for air-traffic control, naval anti-aircraft and land-based air defense systems.
