Thomas G. Allen has been named president of Compufact, the Garden Grove subsidiary of Computer Sciences Corp. in El Segundo. He replaces C.W. Stroman, who has returned to headquarters to work on a special company project.
Allen most recently served as vice president of marketing with Madic Corp. in Santa Clara. He also was vice president of product marketing for Fortune Computer Systems in Redwood City and he held executive positions at Mag Software Inc. in Canoga Park and Xerox Computer Services in Los Angeles.
Compufact provides computer manufacturers with turnkey computer systems and various software products.
