State Survey on Auto Insurance Available

The California Department of Insurance said its statewide comparative auto insurance price survey released last week is available to anyone who requests it, as long as a stamped, self-addressed 9-by-12-inch envelope is enclosed with the request.

People interested should write to the department’s Consumer Affairs Section at 600 S. Commonwealth Ave., Los Angeles 90005. The postage to be affixed for the full report is $1.41; for just the Southern California portion, $1.24.
