Four floor plans ranging from 800 to 1,750 square feet are available with one, two or three bedrooms and one or 2 1/2 baths. The units are priced from $89,900 to $214,500 with a homeowners’ association fee between $133.79 and $183.19.

Lower-level units open to private, wrought-iron-enclosed patios overhung with awnings; upper-level units have private balconies. Standard features include carpeting, acoustic ceilings, mirrored wardrobes, fully equipped kitchens, laundry area with washer and dryer.

Community amenities include heated pool, gym with sauna, spa and recreation center and central courtyard. The sales office and furnished models are open for viewing from noon to 5 p.m. Mondays through Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
