Runner Dies After Candles Spark Blaze in Bedroom

BATON ROUGE, La. —
Candles burning in a bedroom apparently started a fire Sunday that killed Bryan Spraberry, 21, a Louisiana State University cross-country runner, police said Monday. Spraberry apparently was asleep when the fire began.
