Photos of Libyan leader Moammar Kadafi taped to packages of cocaine seized in a Bay Area raid were probably just labels to help Colombian drug suppliers keep track of their distribution, narcotics agents said. “Mr. Kadafi is innocent until proven guilty,” Dennis Petrotta of the federal Drug Enforcement Administration said in San Francisco. Petrotta said there was no evidence of a link between Kadafi and the $30-million cocaine bust in Foster City. “We don’t think there’s any particular significance to the Kadafi pictures other than to keep track of who gets the loads and who gets the money,” he said. The raid yielded 382.8 pounds of cocaine in 174 2.2-pound packages. Two Colombian nationals were arrested.
