LAX Terminal Expansion to Start Thursday
Ground will be broken Thursday for the $60-million Terminal Two expansion and renovation project at Los Angeles International Airport.
Turner Construction Co.’s Los Angeles office will serve as construction manager for the project that will create 450,000 square feet of space for use by Pan Am, Air Canada, People Express, Northwest and Hawaiian Air, the five operating airlines that make up Los Angeles Two Corp., the developer.
Completion is scheduled for the first half of 1989. The architect is the Los Angeles office of Leo A. Daly Planning, Architecture & Engineering.
