Two Missing After Barge Explodes in West Virginia

KENOVA, W.Va. —
The Coast Guard searched the Ohio River on Thursday for two men reported missing after a barge exploded at an Ashland Oil Inc. dock where they had been installing a fire control system. The cause of the blast was under investigation.
