Nick Lehnert to Lead Sales Council in ’87

Nick Lehnert of Builder Sales Corp. has been elected 1987 president of the Sales & Marketing Council of the building Industry Assn. of California.
Other new officers include Marilyn Reinfried, B. J. Stewart Advertising & Public Relations, first vice president; Judy Foster, Homes For Sale magazine, second vice president; Barbara Krueger of Motivational Systems Inc., secretary; Bonnie Benton, J. M. Peters Co., treasurer, and Valerie van de Zilver of Kaiser Mortgage and Tom Walsh of Meritor Mortgage, members-at-large.
Incumbent board members who were reelected include Dave Caillouette, the Baldwin Co.; Gary Campbell, past president and publisher of Homes For Sale; Carol Carroll, Mission Viejo Co.; Laurel Cech, Orange County public relations consultant; Gordon Hicks of Citation Homes; Ed Lohnes, E. J. Lohnes Advertising & Public Relations; Mike Pacak, Mission Viejo Co.; Robbin Riley, Ahmanson Development; Karen Stark, Presley of Southern California, and Linda Wood, the Buie Corp.
New board members are Brigette Briggs, J. M. Peters Co.; Sandy Martin, A-M Co., and Jody Post, Wesselink Advertising.
