WALLY GEORGE DUE ON RADIO

Wally George will take his brand of political television to radio in a series of Monday night programs beginning Monday from 7 to 10 p.m. on KLAC (570 AM).
The conservative George, whose KDOC Channel 56 television show includes such diverse debating partners as feminists, female mud wrestlers, radio disc jockeys and Klansmen, will be combining guests with open telephone lines on the country music AM station.
KLAC program director Bob Guerre sees George’s program as “more entertainment than a serious talk show.” “We hope to have some fun with his show, sort of in the style of Joe Pyne,” said Guerra, referring to the late radio-TV talk show host who set the standard for combining dramatics and politics.
