32 Soviet Bloc Spies Captured, Bonn Says

BONN —
West Germany has captured 32 suspected Soviet Bloc agents so far this year, almost twice as many as were arrested in the whole of 1985, Interior Minister Friedrich Zimmermann said Thursday.
Zimmermann said in a statement that the East German intelligence service played a dominant role among Eastern European agencies that carried out espionage activities in West Germany.
