Marlborough Tract Opens

Marlborough Meadows opens today in Rancho Cucamonga with 32 of the 48 three- and four-bedroom houses in the first phase sold during the preview period.

The single-family houses range in size from 1,025 to 1,671 square feet in one- and two-story floor plans and are priced from $86,990 to $112,990. First occupancies of the development in the planned community of Vintage Highlands are scheduled for December.

The 236-unit project by Marlborough Development Corp. features Spanish, Tudor and Cape Cod exteriors, wood-burning fireplaces, concrete tile roofs, vaulted ceilings, master bedroom suites, front-yard landscaping and sprinklers and rear-yard fencing.

Four furnished models are open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily at 11439 Tioga Peak Court, reached from the northbound Haven Avenue exit of the San Bernardino (10) Freeway.
