Simi Valley Town Homes to Feature Four Floor Plans

West Ridge at Sandalwood Village opens today in Simi Valley with 21 town houses priced from $94,200 to $107,400.
The homes are available in four floor plans, with two or three bedrooms, 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 baths and 1,081 to 1,302 square feet of space.
Features include fireplaces with oak mantels, ceramic tile counters and decorator-coordinated lighting fixtures. Common amenities are a lighted tennis court, two swimming pools and two spas. The monthly homeowners fee is $114.
All Valley Financial Corp. is developing the town houses, which are expected to be ready for occupancy in early February.
Four models and a sales office are open weekdays from noon to 5 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Sandalwood Drive and Kuehner Drive.
