Aztec Men Reach Final of Soccer Tournament

Tim Homan scored twice and assisted on a third to lead the San Diego State men’s soccer team to a 3-0 victory over previously unbeaten Southern Methodist University Saturday in the semifinals of the Nevada Las Vegas Invitational.

Kyle Whittemore scored the third goal for the Aztecs, who are 14-2-4. Southern Methodist is 13-1-2. SDSU plays Wisconsin Milwaukee today in the championship match.
