Imperial Savings Assn. on Monday filed a shelf registration with the Securities and Exchange Commision covering $1 billion of credit-enhanced mortgage pass-through certificates. Officials termed it one of the most broadly conceived filings ever, and it will allow Imperial so sell both fixed and variable rate mortgages either by Imperial’s subsidiaries or from an unaffiliated party.

Integrated Information Systems has acquired Computing Solutions of Port Chester, N.Y. Both companies provide software and consulting services to utilities. Integrated Information Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Pacific Diversified Capital, which is a subsidiary of San Diego Gas & Electric.

During 1982, San Diego County’s 31,437 businesses owned by women generated $890 million in revenues, according to census bureau figures recently released by the Greater San Diego Chamber of Commerce. Only four other counties in the country had more businesses owned by women than San Diego, according to the chamber.

Visitor spending in San Diego County increased by 8% to $150 million compared to the same month a year ago, according to figures supplied by the San Diego Convention & Visitors Bureau.
