Guard Marques Johnson, who sat out the Clippers’ last game with back spasms, is questionable for tonight’s game at Salt Lake City against the Utah Jazz.
“He’s going to make the trip with us, but I don’t know whether he’ll play,” Clipper Coach Don Chaney said. “If he’s able to go, I’ll bring him off the bench.”
The Clippers (3-3) will play at Portland Friday night and return home to play the Philadelphia 76ers Sunday night at the Sports Arena.
Utah (3-2) is coming off a 104-103 win over Dallas Tuesday night. Darrell Griffith sank a game-winning, three-point shot from 33 feet out with no time left.
