Detached Homes in Highland Offered in One or Two Levels

Highland Creek, a Lightner Development community in San Bernardino, opens this weekend at 27835 Cobblestone Court in the Highland area.

The project features two- and three-bedroom detached homes with two or 2 1/2 baths, on one or two levels, priced from $76,950 to $89,750. Floor plans are sized from 1,080 to 1,325 square feet.

Special features include sloped ceilings, fireplaces, central air conditioning, wood parquet or ceramic tile entries, dining room with glass patio doors and direct garage access.

In all, a total of 73 homes will be built in the country environment of Highland Creek, with two exterior elevation options available for each of the three plans. Roofs are of fire-resistant tile.

Models and sales office are open daily, except Wednesdays and Thursdays, from 10 a.m. to noon.
