Built by Western Financial Trends Inc. and priced from $119,950 to $141,500, each home has 1,350 square feet of living space, a wet bar, fireplace, mirrored wardrobe closets and a spa tub in the master bathroom.

A $99 monthly homeowners fee helps maintain an outdoor spa. Move-ins are expected in January.

One model and a sales office are open fron noon to 4 p.m. weekdays and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekends at 11008 Aqua Vista St., reached from the southbound Vineland Avenue exit of the Ventura (101) Freeway.
