Warranty Firm Expansion Told

Home Buyers Warranty has announced expansion of its services to all 50 states, according to John A. Nurmi, president of the Denver-based firm.
HBW has more than 5,000 builders enrolled in its warranty program nationwide and anticipates it will sell 60,000 warranties this year. Unlike competitive programs, Nurmi said, HBW programs eliminate the builder’s structural liability from the day of closing.
The firm is located at 1200 S. Parker Road, Denver 80231.
