Bay Shores Medical Group has signed a 20-year lease, valued at $16.5 million, with Watt Investment Properties Inc. for a build-to-suit specialty medical building at the entrance of Watt Investment's Torrance Business Park.
The 55,000-square-foot structure will be built on the northeast corner of the intersection of Del Amo Boulevard and Mariner Avenue. It will be designed by the Nadel Partnership of Santa Monica, with occupancy scheduled for November, 1987.
Watt Investment was represented in the transaction by Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate. Bay Shores was represented by Seeley Co.
